Qnion Robotics
For forging and casting plants

Automate the station that varies too much to teach.

A Qnion cell finds each loose part and plans its own motion. It needs no fixture, no teaching and no recalibration.

In the cell

A Qnion cell removes teaching, fixtures and recalibration.

MotionOne taught path, replayed blindReplanned from where the part is
PaceOne taught speed, parts or notPaced to the parts, idle when none come

Drawings stay in the plant.

The AI runs offline, inside the cell.

Every cycle is recorded.

Output, traceability and joint wear.

It stops safely on its own.

If vision fails, the controller stops the arm.

Levels of autonomy

Each station starts at the autonomy its parts need.

A station can move up a level at any time, on the same arm and software.

Level 1

Taught

A QS arm and teach pendant. For one part at high volume, in a fixture that never changes.

Level 2

Programmed from CAD

Motion is generated from the CAD model. For many variants, arriving in a known place.

Level 3

Autonomous cell

The camera finds and checks each loose part. For bins, conveyors and press exits.

Level 4

Autonomous line

Robots, conveyors and carts share one part library. Work moves when a machine stops.

Ownership and support

Buy or rent a cell, and we keep it running.

  • Robot as a serviceOne monthly fee, no capital outlay. Maintenance, spares, software and new parts included.
  • Buy the cellInstalled, commissioned and handed over. Updates and new parts by subscription.
  • The QS arm aloneArm, controller and pendant, for integrators. 6 to 50 kg.
  • Service from PuneSpares and engineers from Bhosari, with remote diagnosis.

Pilot partners

Bring us the station you could not automate.

We are looking for pilot partners. Bring a loading, unloading or handling station that varies too much for a taught robot.
